NEW HOME BEVERLY PARK

We have never done a project of this size and finding a builder we could trust was extremely important. MAJOR POOL AND BACK YARD RENOVATION STRATHFEILD

DENISTONE HOUSE
The Denistone house involved an extensive rebuild and renovation of a 1910 federation bungalow. We were very certain about retaining and restoring the existing federation features within the existing house and ensuring that the new structure was finished with the same traditional detailing including matching the molded cornices, timber windows, skirtings, architraves and installing a new federation style staircase to compliment the style of the home. A new carport, patio and deck structure were built in the federation style with exposed rafters, timber soffits and concrete tile linings to compliment the existing house. We are very happy with the finished home and thank Tecto Group for delivering a fantastic result for us.

NEW DUPLEX RYDE
The Ryde development presented difficulties including a steep sloping site and limited access. Consisting of two new contemporary dwellings built in contemporary style, each 2 level house comprises 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, double lock-up garages, underground retention and storm-water detention tanks, paved decks, balconies and landscaped grounds.
Tecto Construction Group brought experience to this project with a clear program for completing the development in a timely manner on a difficult site. The development is finished to high caliber with excellent attention to detail and workmanship.

NEW DUPLEX LEICHHARDT

The Tecto Construction Group has been commissioned by our business to deliver boutique dwelling residential buildings at No 94 & 96 Edith Street Leichhardt

As the Builder and the Principal Contractor, Tecto Constructions main responsible for ensuring the project is properly managed all trades properly co-ordinated and managed other stakeholders such as our neighbours and the Authorities, all who had an interest the project, his relationship management skills provided by Chris was instrumental to the success of this project.

As a testimony to the high standard of workmanship achieved on the project, The Tecto Construction Group was awarded last year 2011 NSW Master Builders Association Housing Award for Excellence for a Multi residential development .

RENOVATION KOGARAH

We came across Chris Markas and Tecto Constructions over the net and now we recommend Chris to everyone we discuss home renovations with. We wanted an outdoor area that would compliment our home and in order to do this we required to do some structural changes to the home, including removing internal walls, installing a new kitchen and opening the back of the home onto the new outdoor area with bi-fold doors.
Chris’ ability to manage the whole project was second to none. Everything that he advised would be done was actioned in the given timeframe and his team of tradesmen, ie bricklayer, tilers, electrician and plumber, arrived when expected and completed their tasks with the minimal of fuss.
We absolutely love the look of our re-modelled home and we would have no hesitation in recommending Chris and Tecto Constructions to all my friends. We would not think twice about hiring his services in the future.
